The Northeastern Region of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will serve God as revealed in Christ by strengthening the churches of the region in fulfilling their roles as witnessing faith communities.

We Are...

We, the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Northeastern Region, celebrate the love of God for all creation, embracing our diversity as a gift from God. We commit ourselves to model Christian diversity and unity in all of our worship, prayer, fellowship, and reflection, as well as in our pastoral care and social action. We call for the sharing of the human and financial resources of our churches. We affirm our covenantal relationship with all manifestations of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) as well as our ties with neighboring regions. Together with our ecumenical partners and the Church universal we proclaim the gospel of salvation, reconciliation and redemption as ambassadors of Jesus Christ for peace and justice.
